Squats are intended to back, abdominals and legs. Squats are also effective strengthening workout when properly executed. It can also be dangerous if done incorrectly like other exercises. Since, this exercise requires you to carry all your body weight to your feet, it can be very risky if you do it the wrong way and it applies a large amount of stress to the balls of your feet. Morton’s Neuroma is one of the resulting foot problems from incorrect way doing the squats. You will experience pain to the entire balls of your feet. The pain from this condition will spread to your toes. You also feel tingling, numbing and burning sensation. Morton’s Neuroma is common to middle-aged women who wear high heels or tight footwear. If you feel the symptoms of Morton’s Neuroma after several squats, you better stop doing the squats.
